As COO/General Manger of Prospect Plantation West HOA in Grasonville, MD, I have had the opportunity and privilege to work with GMC Contactors on a number of projects. To name a few, construction of a firepit with knee wall, concrete pool decking, asphalt parking lot install and seal coat. I have always found them well positioned from a pricing standpoint and their attention to detail is unmatched. I can say all projects have been completed on time and on or under budget. We have other projects slated for the future and will look for GMC Contractors to complete. I would highly recommend utilizing GMC Contractors for your future projects, as they will exceed your expectations.

GMC crew was top notch! They arrived on time, carefully prepared the existing asphalt and installed seal coat. 3 driveways all neighbors look awsome! PJ the sales contact was very helpful and professional as well!

I recently hired GMC Contractors for a major renovation on my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very first consultation, PJ and his team were professional, transparent, and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and kept me updated throughout the entire process.
What really stood out was their honesty and transparency. Their pricing is fair, their timelines are reliable, and the workmanship is exceptional. It's rare to find a contractor you can truly trust, but GMC Contractors has earned that trust time and again.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for dependable, high-quality construction services!

Fantastic experience working with Matt, José, and the GMC team! I needed to have rotted trim work replaced. The team was fast, efficient, communicated well, delivered high quality, and all at a very good value. Definitely recommend!

I have been fortunate to have GMC do a number of jobs at my house, the latest being a new, complicated deck installation around an existing pool. The GMC team was professional and committed to making sure we were pleased throughout the project. Great people to work with.

I am an HOA and COA manager and I’ve been using GMC Contractors for various concrete and asphalt projects within my portfolio of communities for over 8 years. They are always competitive in price, professional, stand by there product and will tell you if a particular service is not necessary. I would highly recommend them for all of your general contracting needs!
